It was last day…
When we waked up in the morning, it was rainnig. We gave up hiking in Shi-Hodaka area.
We relaxed at the hotel in the morning, taking a hot spring and watching TV. After check out the hotel, we went to Shin-Hotaka by bus.
This area is famous for hot springs and the Rope-way for the Yari and Hotaka mountains. We enjoyed the hot spring at the Japanese style inn, but we didn't stay this hotel. It was just hot spring. The bath tubs were open air, and were located river side. It's just amazing! It was such a wonderful experience!
After Shin-Hodaka, we came back to Takayama in the afternoon. We boarded the express train “Hida No.36” bound for Osaka at Takayama station. That train was direct to Kansai area from Takayama, so we didn't change the train. It's comfortable, because we could drink Japanese Sake and sometimes sleep in the train.
