It was much raining because of the large typhoon made landfall near Kochi on 16/July.
In addition, it was really strong windy on that day...
The typhoon has passed, but it's still overcast today. I heard that the rainy season ended around Kanto area and Nagano. Is Kansai still rainy season? I believe that the rainy season is soon over in Kansai area.
