Once again, we went to Nagano for skiing last weekend, and we stayed at Nozawa Onsen. When I woke up on Sunday morning, there was more than 20 cm snow on the bottom of the ski resort. I was really surprised! We headed to the Gondola lift at the bottom of the station around 7:40 AM more than one hour before the lift operation time started. I was really surprised once again, because many skies and snowboards made lines inside the Gondola station. Nobody stayed there, just skies and snowboards only. Everybody was putting their skies and snowboards in a line inside the station, because they wanted no-track in the snow. It's first come first served. It's a Nozawa rule.
Around 8:40 AM, we headed to top of the mountain by the Gondola lift. It was amazing, because the powdery snow was deep and light. So were able to enjoy powdery snow. Therefore, it was incredible at Nozawa ski resort!
