Los Angeles Dodgers got starting pitcher Yu Darvish from Rangers, and the Houston Astros sent outfielder Nori Aoki to the Toronto Blue Jays on July 31st, 2017. That day was the non-waiver trade deadline. Many people expected Yu Darvish was going to be traded, because his contract will be finished at the end of this season, but didn't expect Aoki....
