USA2017 Day3

Today I found out some bad news.. I left the Japanese driver's licence in my home in Japan....

To rent a car in a foreign country, you need an International driver's license and also a Japanese driver's license. I had my International driver's license, but I left my Japanese driver's license in my home. I was really shocked.... Actually, we had to change our schedule, because we originally were planning to visit Strasburg, PA by rent a car from Washington, but we had to cancel.

We stayed at the Hilton hotel in Washington DC on the 10th of August. On the next morning, the day started with a short bus ride to the Navy Yard. That's where the U.S. Navy Museum is. We needed our passport to enter into the Museum, because it's located on a Naval Base. The admissions was free, it was not too large of place, but the displays were really interesting. We learned about the American Navy history.

After the Museum, we headed to Union station in Washington by bus and then jumped on the Acela Express. This Express train is the fastest train in the US. We got off the train in Philadelphia. This city is North East of Washington and 1 hour and a half by Acela train. After we checked in the hotel in down town PA, we went to the Citizens Bank Park which is the home of the Philadelphia Phillies. We watched a MLB game, The Philadelphia Phillies against the New York Mets. We enjoyed the ball game.
