We took a ski trip to Gifu prefecture last weekend. On Saturday, it was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the groomed ski slopes at the Funayama resort. We stayed at a Japanese style hotel with natural hot springs called the Hirayu Onsen and we bathed three times a day. Next day, I was very surprised, because there was heavy snowfall over night. I thought it was about 15 cm. We enjoyed the light and powdery snow at the Hirayu Onsen ski resort. I think it was last good snow this season, because the spring has already come in Japan. I’d like to ski in the deep snow one more time this season.
