Last weekend, we visited Fukuoka prefecture for sightseeing and had a great time there. Our trip started a board the bullet train from Shin-Osaka station. After two hours and half, we arrived at Hakata terminal in Fukuoka.
There’re so many nice foods in Fukuoka like the local sea food, Hakata Ramen noodles, Amaou strawberry, Mentaiko (spicy fish eggs), Motsunabe (Japanese hotpot with beef or pork tripe) and Shochu (traditional Japanese distilled spirit). We love them all and we enjoyed Fukuoka’s local food.
On Saturday night, we watched a baseball game, the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks versus the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters in PayPay Dome Stadium. I bought the tickets for seats behind the back stop and upper seats. Our seats were great, however the game was boring and the Fighters lost the game, 3-0. It was too bad.
We came back to Kansai by ferry boat from Shin-Moji in Fukuoka. It took 12 hours, but we could get relax on the ship.
