Nishikyogoku baseball stadium is located in Koyoto city. We went to stadium by bus from Karasuma. It wasn’t far, but it took about 1 hour, because we got into a traffic jam….
That baseball game was Ryukoku University against Kyoto Sangyo University. It was first time to see the college baseball. It was better than I expected!!
I was interested in the cheering party. The brass band members and cheerleaders came to the stadium to cheer on the baseball team. They were really powerfull and energetic, because they are college students
and very young people.
And speaking of Nishikyogoku stadium, Orix Bluewave(current Orix Buffaloes) and Hanshin Tigers took place the some official games a year at the Nishikyogoku stadium about 20 years ago. When I was college student, I went to see the proffesinal baseball game at Nishikyogoku stadium.
