We live in Kusatsu, Shiga and there are approximately 200 houses in our area. Plus this area has 15 groups, so each group has a 12 or 13 houses. We are in charge of our group of the neighborhood association and have to take care of everything in our community from April, 2019 to March, 2020. I think it will be busy this year, because we have so many events, like a summer festival, culture festival, sports event and forums in our area. I understand my role this year, but my motivation is really low because it’s volunteer work. I think we need to consider the leaders roles in the neighborhood association. I hope to reduce the leaders responsibility little by little in the future.
