The regular season games of NPB (Nippon professional baseball) was scheduled to open on 20th March in 2020, but every game was canceled due to the Corona virus. There're many professional baseball leagues in the world and right now baseball games restarted only in Taiwan and Korea. The number of people infected with Corona virus in Japan went down last month and so NPB decided to restart on 19th June. However, games will take place without baseball fans in stadium for a while. I hope we can watch baseball games at the ballpark soon. Actually, I'd like to see a young power hitter Kotaro Kiyomiya, rookie RHP Rouki Sasaki, amazing defending shortstop Sousuke Genda and Super star Adam La Marque Jones in games. Especially, I'm focusing on Jones with ORIX Buffaloes. He had played in The Major League for 14 years and he was selected five times as an All-star player. He played for Arizona Diamondbacks last year and got free agency after regular season. Finally, ORIX Buffaloes offered him a contract last year and he decided to play in Japan for two years. I can't wait to see their high performance in NPB.
