We were planning to go to Nagano prefecture for our first ski trip last weekend, but we had to postpone it. Most of the ski resorts were closed due to the lack of snow. There was no snowfall and it was too warm last week. Some ski resorts in Hokkaido or at high altitudes in Honshu were open, but the chair lifts and ski runs were super crowded in their resorts. We don’t like busy trip and crowded spaces, so I decided to postpone our first trip this season. I hope it will be cold and snow in the ski resorts in Nagano this week.
We stayed home last weekend and we planned our ski trip between January and May. We’re basically planning to go skiing every weekend. Especially, we’re going to Hokkaido twice in February and March. Finally, we bought reasonable flight tickets. I can’t wait.
