We went to Osaka Dome stadium to watch the baseball game ORIX Buffaloes against Nippon Ham Fighters on the 27th of September. It was the last regular game for us in this season. The game was boring because both teams gave up on winning the champion ship this season.
By the way, I bought a Hankyu Braves T shirt and flag in Osaka Dome. These goods brought back memories! Around 30 years ago I often went to Hankyu Nishinomiya stadium to watch baseball. Hankyu Braves was my favorite baseball team. Back then, Hankyu Braves was a really strong team however, the stadium was empty every game, so their baseball business was in the red everytime. Finally, Hankyu sold the baseball club to Orient Leasing and Orix Braves baseball club started in 1988. Then Orix moved their home stadium from Nishinomiya to Kobe in 1991 and the team name changed from Braves to Bluewave at the same time. Finally, Orix joined Kintesu and the team name changed again from Bluewave to Buffaloes in 2005. I don't want to support Orix Buffaloes but I like watching baseball games so I want to go to baseball stadiums with my wife next season.
