We went skiing last Sunday and Monday for the first time in this season. We visited Myoko Akakura ski resort by train. It was rainy day in Shiga on Saturday, but it was snowing when we arrived at Myoko-Kogen station in Niigata prefecture.
The first day was the Akakura-Onsen ski resort. This one is a big ski resort, but almost ski runs are really easy, short and empty. When we arrived at ski resort, it was almost noon, but we could enjyo powder snow. Off course, these were 100% natural snow.
In the photo above, there were still no track area besides some ski runs. So good!
