We went to Fushimi in Kyoto city last Sunday and visited Gekkeikan Japanese Sake Museum. There're many Japanese Sake factories around Fushimi, because Fushimi is known for its fresh cold water springs. The Gekkeikan is one of them and it has the Museum about the process of making Sake. It was really interesting for us, because we like a Japanese Sake. I think Japanese Sake and Washoku (Japanese traditional foods) are a great combination. In the museum, there is a tasting room and souvenir shop, so you can enjoy tasting and buying a Japanese Sake. We enjoyed them last Sunday.
