We took a trip to Kyushu last weekend. We enjoyed a watching baseball game, relaxing in the hot springs and amazing food in Kagoshima and Miyazaki. There is a lot of great sea food, because Kyushu is surrounded by the sea. We ate silver-stripe round herring, flying fish and mackerel tuna there. We were happy to enjoy them, because they spoil very quickly, so you can enjoy them only in Kyushu. You can enjoy not only sea food, but also the local chicken in Miyazaki. This is very delicious and goes well with beer. Of course, we enjoyed Shochu with raw fish. It is a traditional Japanese distilled spirit and made from rice, barley, or sweet potatoes. I like the sweet potatoes type. Anyway, Kyushu is the best place to relax and enjoy yourself.
