We enjoyed a three day holiday last weekend. We visited Niigata prefecture and stayed there three nights and enjoyed skiing at five resorts, eating the local food, enjoying Japanese sake and relaxing in the natural hot springs. Everywhere was crowded, because last weekend was a long holiday. I heard some skiers needed to wait 30 minutes to rent skis and then wait 30 minutes more to board the chair lift at some big ski resorts. Oh My God!. We had no problems, because we went to a small ski resort, that wasn’t so crowded. We did about 15 runs and the lines for the lifts weren’t very long.
