Spring has come to Kansai area and we enjoy seeing cherry blossoms, however it's still winter in the mountain areas of northan Japan. Some ski resorts are still open, so we were originally planning to stay in Nagano for skiing last weekend, but our schedule was changed because we had to go to Osaka last Saturday. Finally, we went to Meiho ski resort in Gifu last Sunday and it was a one day trip.
We woke up at 5AM on Sunday morning and left my home at 5:30AM, finally we arrived at the ski resort around 8AM. Meiho ski resort is really popular and famous for being crowded in high season, but it was not busy and the snow condition was not bad in the morning on last Sunday. It was the first time skiing in the last month, but we enjoyed skiing and refreshed our minds. It was so good. Our schedule the next weekend is pending, but I'd like to go to Nagano or Gifu for skiing if it's possible.
